Transfer Reports

In the Micronet Transfer to Warehouse program, every download, button pressed, item scanned and quantity entered is time and user stamped. This provides an enormous amount of information to create KPI reports based on the user, activity and time.

To print a stock transfer report:

1. Open the Warehouse Scheduler screen.

2. Select the 2. Transfer Dockets tab.

Micronet displays the Warehouse Scheduler - Transfer Dockets tab.

3. Select REPORTS | TRANSFER REPORTS then select one of the following options:

• OVERVIEW – to view or print a complete list of all transfer dockets grouped by status or in selected statuses
• OTHER – to view or print reports of KPIs (key performance indicators) and other management information including completed transfers, transfer history for transfers no longer on the Warehouse Scheduler, and courier pickup times.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

4. Select whether you want the report displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
